Ultra Force is a Japanese Pokémon TCG expansion from the Sun & Moon era. Released in Japan in 2018 with the set code SM5+, the expansion has a strong focus on Ultra Beasts and the mysterious creatures connected to Ultra Space. The set combines regular Pokémon with Pokémon-GX and Trainer cards, giving Ultra Force a distinctive identity within the Japanese Sun & Moon series.
The Ultra Force card list features Ultra Beasts such as Naganadel-GX, Pheromosa-GX, Xurkitree-GX, Celesteela-GX and Guzzlord-GX. These unusual Pokémon are accompanied by additional regular Pokémon and Trainer cards, creating a collection strongly connected to the Ultra Beast theme introduced during the Alola era. Their unconventional designs give the set a visual style that differs noticeably from more traditional Pokémon expansions.
Pokémon-GX form an important part of Ultra Force, with several Ultra Beasts receiving powerful GX versions within the expansion. Naganadel is particularly recognizable as one of the Pokémon associated with this period of the Alola storyline. The different Ultra Beasts represent several Pokémon types and gameplay characteristics while maintaining their shared connection to Ultra Space.
Collectors can find several rarity levels throughout the Japanese Ultra Force card list. Alongside regular Pokémon and Pokémon-GX, the expansion includes Super Rare and additional Secret Rare cards. Full Art Pokémon-GX and collectible Trainer cards extend the collection beyond the regular numbered checklist and provide alternative designs for several important cards from the expansion.
All Ultra Force cards on this collection page belong to the original Japanese SM5+ expansion and feature Japanese-language card text.
